PostBackTrigger …

Use the PostBackTrigger control to enable controls inside an updatePanel to cause a postback :-
You can add it in page design or code behind .

In Page Design


<Triggers>
<asp:PostBackTrigger ControlID=”UploadButton” />
</Triggers>

In Code Behind
ScriptManager.GetCurrent(this.Page).RegisterPostBackControl(UploadButton);
